What we are

Mustiguillo is a family winery located in El Terrerazo, a single payment of 87 hectares. vine and other crops. All wines are made with grapes from our vineyards.

 

From the beginning, we have led the renaissance of indigenous grape Bobal, relying on its great potential and claiming the landscape and climate of the plateau Valenciano.

We are our land on a sandy-clayey limestone crust penetrated by the roots of the vines. We are our Mediterranean climate greatly influenced by the height and distance to the sea. We are curious and restless, always wondering how to get our Bobal smaller clusters and loose. Rescuing old vineyards, experimenting with new farming practices and new ways of making wine. We work so that our wines are really, singular expression of soil and climate of El Terrerazo. Wines that do well in time and showing all the virtues of Bobal: its natural color and good acidity, unique among the Mediterranean grapes.

In recognition of the uniqueness of their wines, we have obtained certification in 2010 Wine of Payment (DOP) El Terrerazo, being the first winery in the Mediterranean so.
